Joseph Lamar Trammell Sr.

Mr. Joseph Lamar Trammell Sr., age 100, of Bethlehem, Georgia passed away on Monday, April 01, 2013 at Family Personal Care Home, Bethlehem, Georgia.

Graveside services are scheduled for Wednesday, April 03, 2013 at 2:00 pm in Westview Cemetery, Atlanta, Georgia. Chaplain Trey Morrison will officiate. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 02, 2013 from 6-9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Trammell was born on November 06, 1912 in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Jacob Lafayette Trammell Jr. and Lille Garrow Trammell. He was a retired, self-employed, Master Candy Maker. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Kathryn Fay Strickland Trammell and his son, Henry Eugene Trammell.

He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Joseph Lamar Trammell Jr. and Carol of Chula Vista, CA, son and daughter-in-law, Ralph Willard Trammell and Teresa of Hoschton, son and daughter-in-law, Larry Kent Trammell and Patti of Douglasville, brother, Willie Trammell of New Orleans, LA, brother, Paul Trammell of Fayetteville, sister, Estelle Classen of Lancaster, CA, 9 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
