Johnny Franklin Fields

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Johnny Franklin Fields, 59, of Jefferson, Ga., who passed away Sunday, March 31, 2013. Mr. Fields was born in Jefferson, GA, a son to the late Jewell and Alviree Martin Fields. Mr. Fields was a Mechanic for Hanson Aggregates for many years and was of the Baptist Faith. Mr. Fields was preceded in death by his parents and a grand child, Bradley Fields.

Survivors include his finance Prissy Elinburg, children, Jody Fields, Jenny Turner, Jason Fields and Justin Fields, sister, Shirley (Freddie) Pethel , brother, Jerry (Judy) Fields, and 10 Grandchildren all of Jefferson.

The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at 11am in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Spence officiating. The burial will follow in the White Plains Baptist Church Cemetery. The visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4-8pm at the funeral home.
