James (Michael) Chadwick

James (Michael) Chadwick, age 58, of Cumming, GA, passed away on April 1, 2013.

Michael was a member of the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church and is preceded in death by his parents, James Walton and Lela Florine Chadwick.



Survivors include his wife, Susie Chadwick of Cumming; children, Denna Michelle Bourque, Melinda Sue ( Linsey) Chadwick; grandchildren, Destiny Hope Bourque, Corey Michael Bourque, Ashlynn Lela Williamson; brothers and sisters-in-law, James (Stevie) and Wanda Chadwick, Walton Timothy (Tim) and Rita Chadwick, Cindi Leigh and Bryan Sanders all of Cumming and many other loving relatives and friends.



Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church in Dawsonville with Rev. Gary Keown, Rev. Jason Hamby and Rev. Clyde Boling officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Vernon Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, from 9 a.m. until the hour of service.
