Louise Christmas Campbell

Louise Christmas Campbell, wife of Ernest Lee Campbell (deceased), passed away peacefully at home on Friday, March 15, following a long illness. She owned and operated the Merle Norman Cosmetics Studio in Statesboro, Ga. for 37 years; was a longtime Executive Secretary of the Statesboro chapter of the American Red Cross; a recipient of the Dean Day Smith award for Service to Mankind. She was a member of St. Luke's Presbyterian Church in Dunwoody, Ga. and a longtime member of The First Presbyterian Church of Statesboro, Ga.

Louise is survived by her children, Ernest Campbell, Lola Campbell and Kevin Campbell (Clare), her Grandchildren, Christa Campbell, Heather Gabbard (Justin), Joshua Hartness, Ian Campbell and Zoë Campbell and her Great Granddaughter, Hayden Gabbard.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 4 at 4:00PM at the First Presbytarian Church of Statesboro 1215 Fair Road, Statesboro, GA 30458. The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Louise's memory to Homestead Hospice, a Hospice of your choice or the American Kidney Foundation.
