Obituary Date: Monday, March 18, 2013

Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Thursday in the Ward's Funeral Home Chapel for Mrs. Claudine Loggins age 90 of Gainesville.

The Rev. Randy Strickland and Rev. Ralph O. Smith will officiate. Interment will follow in Skitts Mountain Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m at the funeral home. Mrs. Loggins passed away Monday March 18, 2013.

Mrs. Loggins was born in Dawson County but had lived most of her life in Hall County. She was the daughter of the late Auther Watkins and Bessie Grindle Watkins. She retired from the New Holland Mill with over 40 years of service and was a member of Pleasant Union Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Mae Nichols, Austine Martin, Brother, Hubert Watkins, Sister-in-Laws, Ruth Cagle, Estelle Day, Jesse Evans. She was a loving Mother, Grandmother and loved caring for children and others.

Survivors include Daughter and Son-in-Law, Dianne and Jimmy White, Clermont, Granddaughters and Husbands, Kelly and David Towe, Alto, Beth and Paul Canada, Gainesville, Stacey and Aaron McCaleb. Gainesville, Sisters, Evaleen Strickland, Gainesville, Lorine Mathis, Suwanee, Brother, Guy Watkins, Gainesville, Sister-in-Law, Alice Hix, Alto, 6 Great-Grandchildren, 3 Great Great-Grandchildren and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
