Virginia Jane Franks

Mrs. Virginia J. Franks age 68 of Cumming passed away on March 03, 2013 at Northside Forsyth Hospital following an extended illness.

Graveside services are scheduled for Friday March 08, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Lynnhurst Cemetery in Knoxville, Tn. The family will receive friends on Wednesday March 06, 2013 from 6:00-9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Franks was born to the late Odis N. Wilson and Muncie Massengill Wilson. She was a member of Washington Pike Baptist Church and was retired as an Accountant where she was self employed. She is preceded in death by her husband, James H. Franks

She is survived by her son, Rev. Michael Franks of Cumming, daughter, Rebecca Byrd-Wood of Cumming, 4 Grandchildren; one of which is serving in Afghanistan, brother, David Wilson of Oak Ridge, Tn, sister, Rebecca Cordell of Cumming, 1 Great- Grandchild.
