George W. Hale

George W. Hale, age 84 of Gainesville, passed away on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at Halcyon Hospice House following an extended illness.


Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, March 4, 2013 at 2:00 pm at First Baptist Church with interment to follow in Alta Vista Cemetery. The body will lie in state at the Church on Monday, March 4, 2013 from 1:30 to 2:00 pm prior to the service at the church. Reverend Isaac Whitehead, Jr. will officiate. Reverend Dr. Richard B.
