Mary F. Martin

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mrs. Mary F. Martin, 76, of Jefferson, Ga., who passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2013.

Mrs. Martin was born in Winder, Ga. a daughter of the late Carl D. and Ruth M. House Tanner. Mrs. Martin retired from Rite Aid Pharmacy as a cashier with many years of service.

Mrs. Martin was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Mr. Troy Martin, her son and daughter in law, James Edward and Phyllis Martin, and her brother, James Tanner.



Funeral services will be held Thursday February 28, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at Evans Chapel with Rev. Terry Chandler officiating. Interment will be at Bethel Church in Bethlehem, Ga. the family will receive friends on Wednesday February 27, 2013 from 6-8 PM.



Survivors include her Daughter and Son in law, Darlene and Kendall Strickland, Jefferson, Ga. Son and Daughter in Law, Bobby and Debra Martin, Winder, Ga., Step Children, Tony and Carol Martin, Conyers, Ga., Geraldine Barnes, Winder, Ga., and Calvin and Pam Martin, Monroe, Ga., Grandchildren, T.J. and Tammy Ayers, and Erica and Joseph "Bubba" Harrison and a number of other relatives.
