Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Jeffrey Todd Forbes, Sr., of Nicholson, Ga. who passed away Monday February 18, 2013.


A private family service will be held on Saturday 23, 2013.


Mr. Forbes was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana; a son of Jessie Walter Forbes of Zachary, Louisiana and Lenora Hubbs Humphrey, Jefferson, Ga. Mr. Forbes was employed with Lund International at Hamilton Mill for over 12 years.


Survivors include his wife, Lisa Forbes, Elberton, Ga., Daughters, Savannah Forbes, Commerce, Ga., Misty Forbes, Son, Jeffrey Todd Forbes, Jr. "J.T." Gainesville, Ga., William Robert Forbes, Flowery Branch, Ga., Mother, Lenora Humphrey, Jefferson, Father, Jessie Walter Forbes, Zachary, Louisiana, Step Children, Derek Smith, Hartwell, Brian Dennis, Elberton, Lisa Thomas, Elberton, sisters, Karen Smith, Bluffton, S.C. Sharon Chitwood, Pendergrass, Ga, Darlene Crane, Clinton, Louisiana, Charlene Posey, Ethel, Louisiana, Laura Wilson, Jefferson, Ga. and grandchild, Skylar Wayne Forbes.
