Toney Rogers Whitlock

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Toney Rogers Whitlock, age 67, of Jefferson, who passed away on Sunday, February 10, 2013. Mr. Whitlock was born in Jefferson, GA a son to the late Guy Leonard Whitlock Sr. and the late Lois Hilda Huntsinger Whitlock. Mr. Whitlock was a retired Park Ranger at Hurricane Shoals Park in Jackson County and was of the Baptist Faith. Mr. Whitlock was also a Veteran of the US Navy, serving in the Vietnam War.

Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Alma Audrey Whitlock, children, Tony Scott Whitlock and Tracey Shell Whitlock, all of Jefferson, 3 grandchildren, Tony Dalton Whitlock, Dillon Scott Whitlock and Dayton Marie Whitlock, 5 Brothers and 3 Sisters, along with a multitude of nieces and nephews.

A private family Memorial Service will be held on a later date.
