Mary Patterson Ballew

Mrs. Mary Patterson Ballew, age 72, of Buford, GA passed away on Friday, February 8, 2013.

She was preceded in death by her son, Jeff Ballew; and parents, Homer and Minnie Patterson.

She is survived by her husband of fifty-four years, James Ballew, Buford, GA; daughter, Vicki Taylor and Art Fry, Buford, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Edward and Jane Ballew, Buford, GA; seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; brothers and sisters-in-law, James and Rose Patterson, Buford, GA and Jerry and Ann Patterson, Buford, GA; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mrs. Ballew was born September 18, 1940 in Cumming, GA. She was retired from Barrington Corp. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Buford, GA.

Funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 10, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Shackelford officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
