Mr. Harold T. Pass, age 77, of Sugar Hill, GA passed away on Thursday, January 31, 2013.
He was preceded in death by his grandson, Joshua Bennett; parents, Frank and Hessie Westbrooks Pass; sisters, Lucy Harris, Evelyn Albertson; brothers, George Pass, Franklin Pass and Elbert Pass. He is survived by his wife of fifty eight years, Virginia Burell Pass, Sugar Hill, GA; children, David and Kim Pass, Buford, GA, Connie and Rev. Jerry Bennett, Buford, GA, Cindy and Kere Bagley, Buford, GA and Mark and Donna Pass, Buford, GA; grandchildren, Ashley Bennett, Jared Bennett, Kaleb Pass, Kane Pass and Ryan Pass; brother and sister in law, Sammy and Barbara Pass, Buford, GA; sisters, Helen Pass Bagwell, Sugar Hill, GA, Louise Pass Ballew, Sugar Hill, GA and Gloria Dean Pass Burton, Sugar Hill, GA; sisters in law, Louise George Elliott, Mableton, GA, Joyce Burell Bagley, Buford, GA and Ann Burell Piper, Sugar Hill, GA; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Mr. Pass was born February 2, 1935 in Sugar Hill, GA. He was a 1953 graduate of Sugar Hill School. He was a former Sugar Hill Councilman and former Mayor Pro Tem. He was co owner of Pass and Puckett Service Station in Sugar Hill, GA and served on the Sugar Hill Volunteer Fire Department. He was of the Baptist Faith.
Funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 3, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry McCormick, Rev. Arthur Southerland and Rev. Chris Fowler officiating. Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford, GA.
