Elizabeth Ann Reins Cassady, 78, of Gainesville, GA passed away on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
A lifelong resident of Gainesville, Ga., Mrs. Cassady was the daughter of the late Charles Clinton and Annie Mae Hardy Stringer. She was a teacher with Candy Cane Kindergarten in Gainesville for a number of years. Mrs. Cassady was a member of the First Baptist Church on Green Street.
Survivors include her husband, Ed Cassady, Gainesville; daughter, Beth Neidenbach, Gainesville; son and daughter-in-law; Michael and Mary Reins, Rohnert Park, California; grandchildren, Libby Neidenbach, Richmond, Virginia; John Neidenbach, Denver, Colorado; Tony Neidenbach, New York City; Byron Reins, Rohnert Park, California; sister, Marguerite Judson, Gainesville. Number of nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Cassady is preceded in death by her first husband, Bill Reins, and son-in-law, Mickey Neidenbach.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday February 11, 2013 in the chapel of the First Baptist Church on Green Street. Dr. Bill Coates and Dr. Phil DeMore will officiate. The family will receive friends in the church parlor before the service from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that memorial contributions be made to Challenged Child, Murphy Blvd., Gainesville, Ga. 30504.
