John Goodwin Edwards

John Goodwin Edwards, age 55 of Buford, passed away Saturday, January 19, 2013 at his residence.


Memorial services are scheduled for Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at 11:00 AM at NorthView Christian Church, 2000 Gravel Springs Road, Buford, GA 30519. Pastor Phil Gambill will officiate. The family will receive friends after the service.


Mr. Edwards was born July 7, 1957 in Durham, NC to Randolph Edwards and the late Jane Knott Edwards. He was a paralegal and was a member of NorthView Christian Church. He was preceded in death by his mother.


Mr. Edwards is survived by his wife of 21 years and friend, Barbara Edwards of Buford; son, Robert Dean Edwards of Buford; daughter, Margaret Caroline Edwards of Buford; father, Randolph Edwards of Henderson, NC and brother, Daniel Edwards of Asheboro, NC.
