Jeanette Harris Voyles

Mrs. Jeanette Harris Voyles, age 72, of Murrayville, GA (Lumpkin County), passed away Monday, January 14, 2013 at her home following a period of declining health.

Mrs. Voyles was a West Virginia native and former resident of Indiana who had lived in this area since 1987. She was a retired healthcare worker and was of the Baptist faith.

She was the daughter of the late John and Minty Walden Harris and was also preceded in death by her husband, Jack Voyles; brothers, Bobby, Junior, Willie Green, and Joe Harris.

Jeanette is survived by her daughter, Patricia Gillham, Murrayville, GA; sisters, Jean Brownlee, Eliza Hopkins, and Emily Hopkins, all of Indiana. Four grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and a number of other relatives also survive.

A memorial service for Mrs. Voyles is scheduled for 1 PM Saturday, January 19, 2013 at the Banister Funeral Home Chapel in Dahlonega.

The family will receive friends at Banister Funeral Home in Dahlonega on Saturday one hour prior to the service and immediately following the service.
