William Eugene "Winfred" Grizzle

Mr. William Eugene "Winfred" Grizzle, 82, of Clermont passed away Friday January 11, 2013 following a period of declining health.



Born on August 4, 1930, in Hall County, he was the son of the late Eugene and Hattie Smith Grizzle. He was a retired self employed Poultry farmer. He was a member of White Creek Baptist Church.



He is preceded in death by his sister, Girlie Mae Grizzle.



He is survived by his wife, Ruby Grizzle of Clermont; children and spouses, Gene and Teddie Grizzle of Murrayville, Michael and Kathy Grizzle of Clermont, Deborah Deal of Clermont, Brenda Freeman of Cleveland; 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; sisters, Vickie Castleberry of Oakwood. Polly Markland of Atlanta,; brother, Raymond Grizzle of Gainesville; sister and brother-in-law, Florence and Don Bailey of Duncan, SC; brother and sister-in-law, Ray and Janet Grizzle of Gainesville and several nieces nephews other relatives and friends.



Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 13,, 2013 in the chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home. Rev. Pete Martin and Rev. Lewis Fortner will officiate. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Little & Davenport Funeral Home on Saturday, January 12 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.



The family has requested that in lieu of flowers donations be made to White Creek Baptist Church 1470 Webster Lake Rd. Cleveland, GA 30528.
