Mildred Evelyn Dodd

Mildred Evelyn Dodd, 78, of Lilburn, GA died at Piedmont-Henry Hospital on December 15, 2012. Born in Atlanta, GA she was the daughter of the late Calvin and Ida McGee. Her beloved husband, William Thomas Dodd and sister, Virginia Dodd also predeceased her.

Evelyn is survived by her daughters, Shelley (Ronald) Kelly of McDonough, GA, Karen (Larry) Sweet of Blue Ridge, GA, Sheila Dodd of Auburn, GA and Terri Jackson of Michigan; sons, Reginald Dodd of Lilburn, GA, Mark Dodd of Lilburn, GA and Bryan Dodd of Lilburn; sisters, Clara Jean Hunter of Morrow, GA, Jewel Bounds of Ellenwood, GA, Martha Nell McGee of Fairburn, GA, Elizabeth Hewell of Demerest, GA; brother, Kenneth McGee of Monticello, GA; 14 grandchildren , 15 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.

Funeral will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, December 20, 2012 in the chapel of McDonald and Son Funeral Home. The Rev. Lloyd Hunter will officiate.
