Clarence Robinson Jr.

Clarence Robinson Jr., 84, of Gainesville, Ga. departed his life on Monday, December 17th 2012, following an extended illness.

Clarence was a born on June 30 1928 and became a faithful member of New Life Missionary Baptist Church. Clarence began his 68 year career with Riverside Military Academy at the age of 14. He retired in 2010.

Clarence was preceded in death by his parents , Uslyses and Sadie Robinson; Brothers, Walter James Anderson and Robert Robinson and Sister Bonnie Ruth Robinson.

Clarence leaves to cherish his memories his loving and devoted wife of 50 years, Geraldine Robinson. Clarence is survived by his children Clarence Paul Jones, Sr., Shirley Elaine Sing and Gail B. Hiles His grandchildren Pi-lan Elaine Jones, Clarence Paul Jones, Jr., Maurice Deshun Jones, Claudine Tasha Lashay Sing, Carl Edward Hiles Jr., Aisha Hiles-Gaithers, Nasiere Dafton Shirley and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will receive friends from 6-7 pm on Friday December 21, 2012 at Wimberly and Jackson Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 1pm on Saturday, December 22nd at New Life Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will immediately follow at Alta Vista Cemetery.
