William Milton Payne

Mr. William Milton Payne, age 51, of Dahlonega, GA formerly of Buford, GA passed away Wednesday, December 5, 2012.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Milton and Josie Pugh Payne; and sister, Gloria Ann Payne. He is survived by his fiancé of eight years, Kathleen Wyatt, Dahlonega, GA; sisters, Imogene Stone, Sugar Hill, GA and Geraldine Smith, Jefferson, GA; brothers, Jerry Payne, Gainesville, GA, Wayne Payne, Flowery Branch, GA, Terry Payne, Cumming, GA and Michael Payne, Sugar Hill, GA; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mr. Payne was born October 27, 1961 in Duluth, GA. He was a 1979 graduate of North Gwinnett High School and was employed with Turbine Engineering Concepts in Gainesville, GA. He was a member of Island Ford Baptist Church in Buford, GA.

Memorial service will be held Sunday, December 9, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Kenny Stephens officiating.
