L. Dean Campbell

Mr. L. Dean Campbell, 76 of Lula died Saturday November 23, 2012 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

A life long resident of Hall County, Mr. Campbell was the son of the late Gordon Early and Ferrell Smith Campbell. He was retired from Lawson Heating and Air Conditioning where he was the service manager. He served in the United States Navy and was a member of the New Holland Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Merla Ann Campbell, Lula; daughters and sons-in-law; Malana and Wayne Parson, Homer; Melissa and Pete Murphy, Lula; sons and daughters-in-law; Tracy and Cindy Campbell, Casey and Tracey Campbell, all of Lula; grandchildren, Beth Murphy Nesbitt, Nic Murphy, Brenna Parson, Kelyn Parson, Layna Parson, Trey Campbell, Ansleigh Campbell and Ty Campbell, great grandchild, Hunter Nesbitt; niece and nephews, Dana Wilson Breedlove, Darryl Wilson, Scott Wilson and Drew Wilson, brother-in-law; Vic Wilson.

Along with his parents, Mr. Campbell is preceded in death by a brother-in-law; Gary Wilson.

A private family graveside service will be held. The family will receive friends at the Whitehall Baptist Church Sunday November 25, 2012 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked that memorial contributions be made to the Ronnie Green Heart Center at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
