Thomas Bealer Smallwood

Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, announces services for Thomas Bealer Smallwood, 86, of Commerce who passed away at the Northridge Medical Center on Tuesday.

Born in Jackson Co, GA, he was the son of the late Thomas Pharo and Durice Gibson Smallwood and was married to the late Laura Oneda Sorrow Smallwood. He was also preceded in death by a son, Jerry Benson Smallwood. Survivors include daughters, Martha G. Smallwood, Nancy B. Summers and Vickie D. Worley, all of Commerce; 6 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.

Services are scheduled for Friday at 2 PM from the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home with Rev. Henry Webb and Rev. Donald Wilson officiating. Interment will follow in the Grey Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 7-9 PM.
