Brenda Burton Rairigh

Alexander Funeral Home of Cleveland announces the death of Mrs. Brenda Burton Rairigh, age 72 of Dahlonega. Mrs. Rairigh passed away Friday, November 9, 2012.

Memorial services are sceduled for 2:00pm, Friday, November 23, 2012 from the funeral home chapel with Kerri Johnson officiating. The family will receive guests at the funeral home from 1:00 to 2:00pm

Mrs. Rairigh was born in Baltimore, Maryland on March 21, 2012 to the late Raymond Burton and Kathleen Tull Burton and is preceded in in death by her sisters Barbara Bruns and Kathleen Cavey. During the 1960's, Mrs. Rairigh was a Stewardess with American Airlines, later she taught Special Education at Saquaro High School in Scottsdale, Arizona and retired from Wasson High School in Colorado Springs, Colorado before she and her husband moved to Georgia in 2006.

Mrs. Rairigh in survived by her husband, Ronald Rairigh of Dahlonega, son and daughter in law, Ridge and Heather Rairigh of Dahlonega, Grandchildren, Caroline Rairigh and Cameron Rairigh, as well as her niece Tracy Wallace and husband Burt and nephews John Wallace, Ryan Wallace and Timothy Wallace

The family requests that memorial donations be made to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, (ASPCA) 424 E. 92nd St., New York, N.Y. 10128-6804; the World Wildlife Fund, P.O.Box 97180, Washington, D.C. 20037 or the charity on your choice.
