Hilda Hautell Jewell

Mrs. Hilda Hautell Jewell, age 88, of Maysville, GA died Thursday, November 8, 2012 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Mrs. Jewell was born in Maysville to the late Hubert and Elizabeth Beck Ray. She was a member of Charity Baptist Church and was retired from Dupont. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Jewell was preceded in death by her husband, Emory Lee Jewell and son, Lamar Jewell.

Mrs. Jewell is survived by her daughter, Sara Ivey of Blue Ridge; sons, Mike Jewell of Maysville and Douglas Jewell of Mocksville, NC; 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2 PM, Sunday, November 11 at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Scott Smith and Rev. David Bridges officiating. Interment will follow in Cabin Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday night from 6 to 8 PM. Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce is in charge of arrangements.
