Marvin Peppers

Marvin Peppers, age 90, of Buford, GA passed away on Saturday, November 3, 2012.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Rosa Lee Peppers; and son, Kenneth Peppers. He is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Martha and Randall Pruitt, Cumming, GA, Helen Carson, Duluth, GA and Donna and Artie Winburn, Maysville, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Roy and Linda Pendley Peppers, Flowery Branch, GA; fourteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great grandchildren; four great great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mr. Peppers was born February 9, 1922 in Buford, GA where he was a life-long resident.

He was retired from L. B. Foster Co. in Norcross, GA. He was a member of Shoal Creek Baptist Church in Buford, GA and attended the Church of God of Prophecy of Buford.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 5, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Joel Shadburn and Rev. Wayne Thompson officiating. Interment will follow at Shoal Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Buford, GA.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
