Charles Leland Hall

Charles Leland Hall, age 82, of Suwanee, GA passed away on Friday, October 19, 2012.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Swift and Nettie Hall; and brothers, Eloy Hall and Dallas Hall.

He is survived by his wife of fifty-nine years, Winnie Pendley Hall, Suwanee, GA; children, Sandra Hall Strickland and Bob McDonald, Suwanee, GA, Steve and Joy Hall, Suwanee, GA, Jim Hall, Suwanee, GA and Melanie Brown Headden and husband, Randall, Suwanee, GA; nine grandchildren, Katie Hall, Brad Hall, Crista Hall, John Hall, Ginny Smith, Gabe Smith, Matt Martin, Melissa Martin Moon and Cameron Brown; six great grandchildren; sisters, Thelma Hall Fauscett, Cumming, GA and Bertha Hall Cox, Roswell, GA; brother, Talmadge Hall, Dallas, GA; sisters-in-law, Irene Hall, Suwanee, GA, Marjorie Hall, Suwanee, GA, Betty Pendley, Buford, GA and Sue Pendley, Gainesville, GA; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mr. Hall was born July 8, 1930 in Suwanee, GA.

He was a graduate of Cumming High School, Class of 1948. He was a U. S. Army veteran having served in the Korean War and where he received a Bronze Star. He was retired from Lockheed after thirty-eight years of service. He was a member of Sharon Baptist Church in Cumming, GA. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 22, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Ronnie Powell and Rev. Rick Camperson officiating.

Interment and Graveside Service will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens with Rev. Chris Grinstead officiating and with military honors. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
