James Hamilton Peak

A memorial service for James Hamilton Peak, age 75, of Clarkesville, will be held at 11:00 am Saturday October 13, 2012 at First Presbyterian Church of Clarkesville. Rev. Lisa Graves will officiate.

Mr. Peak died Wednesday October 3, 2012.
Born March 25, 1937 in Cleveland, Ohio, he was the son of James Hamilton Peak and Dona Mae Bryant Peak.

Mr. Peak was an Army veteran, a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University and he held a law degree from the University of Connecticut. Throughout his career, Mr. Peak held several senior executive positions in human resources and labor law.

Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Jan Peak; sons and daughters-in-law James & Fran Peak, of Billings, MT, David & Pamela Peak of Avon, CT, and John & Julie Peak of Atlanta, GA; and five grandchildren, Bridget Peak, Alexa Peak, Houston Peak, Wyatt Peak and Dylan Peak.
