Bobby Lee Pritchett

Mr. Bobby Lee Pritchett, 73, of the Free Home Community in Cherokee County, passed away suddenly on Saturday, September 29, 2012.
Mr. Pritchett served in the U.S. Army and was a member of New Harmony Baptist Church. He was also a member of Ducktown Masonic Lodge #572. He was retired from General Services Administration where he worked at the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals for 25 years as a maintenance mechanic. Bob's hobbies were raising cattle, reading, talking politics with his buddies, and listening to Neal Boortz.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Joseph Pritchett; his mother, Ruby Cox Pritchett and brothers, Charles Homer and Herbert James Pritchett.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Katherine (Kathy) Mace Pritchett; daughter, Jennifer Pritchett of Canton; son, Brian Pritchett of Canton; precious granddaughter, Shelby Jean Pritchett of Ball Ground; brothers and sisters-in-law, Billy and Lane Pritchett of Canton, Jack and Linda Pritchett of Cumming; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Chuck and Claire Gorski of Philadelphia, PA, Brian and Janice Miller of Titusville, FL, Jimmy Mace of Titusville, FL, Bob and Ruth Breau of Niantic, CT, Gary and Bonnie Youmans of Eastham, MA. He is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held Monday, October 1st at 2:00 pm at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Johnny Purcell, Rev. Johnny Padgett and Rev. Dan Henderson officiating. Interment will follow at Macedonia Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Sunday from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Monday from 9:00 am until hour of the service.
