Teddy Lamar Mashburn

Mr. Teddy Lamar Mashburn, age 60, of Toccoa, passed away Sunday, September 23, 2012 at his home.

Born February 10, 1952 in Alpharetta, GA, he was a son of the late Willie and Sarah Mashburn. He was of the Baptist Faith and was an electrical contractor. Mr. Mashburn was a U. S. Marine Veteran.

Family members include his wife of 25 years, Deborah Addison Mashburn; two sons, Wayne Mashburn and Shane Mashburn; sisters and a brother-in-law, Brenda and Boyce Lindsey and Barbara Williams; brothers and a sister-in-law, Dan Mashburn, Luke Mashburn, Gary and Ann Mashburn, and Spanky Mashburn; and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by brothers, Robert B. Mashburn and Anthony Mashburn; and a brother-in-law, Robert Williams.

A memorial service will be held at two o'clock Thursday, September 27, 2012 from the Chapel of Whitlock Mortuary with the Rev. Jerrell Beatty officiating.

Burial will follow at Stephens Memorial Gardens, with military honors provided by The United States Marine Corps.

The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 6 pm - 8 pm Wednesday.
