Evie Wheeler

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mrs. Evie Lou Wheeler, age 91, of Jefferson, GA, who passed away on Saturday, September 15, 2012. Mrs. Wheeler was born in Elbert County, a daughter to the late Jim and Tinnie Harriett Whitlock Wheeler. Mrs. Wheeler was a Homemaker and was of the Baptist Faith. Mrs. Wheeler was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Whitlock, sons, Jimmy and William Wheeler, daughter, Pearlie Mae Wheeler, sisters, Nettie Wheeler and Laurie Garrett.
Survivors include her daughter, Geraldine Wheeler, son, Claude Wheeler and brother, Carlton Wheeler all of Jefferson.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, September 19, 2012, at 11:00am in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Rev. Chris Segars officiating. The burial will follow in the Jackson Memorial Park with the visitation will be held on Tuesday from 6-8pm at the funeral home.
