Naomi Holloway Pinkston

Naomi Holloway Pinkston was born in Savannah, GA on September 29, 1938 to the union of the late Porter and Teola Holloway.

She was the third child born to this union in which the oldest and youngest sister preceded her in death. Naomi worked as a nurse asistant and helped many people over the years. Naomi touched many lives and will always be remembered.

She leaves to cherish her memories her children: Jean Marie (Solomon), Marjorie Sons Thomas, Jamie and Darry all of Gainesville, GA, five grandchildren, one preceded in death, thirteen great-grandchildren, eight great-great-grandchildren, one God son, a sister: Doris Walker of South Field, Michigan, three brothers: Shelton (Donna) of Warrenville, Ohio, Thomas (Olivia) of Delray, New Jersey, Calvin of Gainesville, GA and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, September 17, 2012 at First Baptist at 11 am.

Visitation will be Sunday, September 16, 2012 at Wimberly & Jackson Chapel from 6-8pm.
