Jack McNeill Smith

A celebration of life for Jack McNeill Smith, 66, of Buford, GA, will be held Friday September 14, 2012 at 11 AM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel in Buford.

Jack died Monday, September 10, 2012 after a courageous battle with cancer. Jack is survived by his wife Mike, children Dr. Brian Smith, wife Laura, of Shelby, NC, daughter Christy King of Columbia, SC, four wonderful grandchildren; Austin and Davis Smith and Mary Katherine and Wills King.


The family will receive friends 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home.
