Gladys DeCoursey

Gladys DeCoursey, age 98 of Cumming, GA, passed away Tuesday, September 4, 2012. She resided most of her life in New Castle, IN and Winter Park, FL. She was an active member of College Park Baptist Church and enjoyed her lawn and gardening.. She was preceded in death by her parents, Buck and Leann Wright; husband, Vernon DeCoursey; son, Ron DeCoursey and seven siblings.



Survivors include her children, Sharon DeCoursey, Christi and husband Dan Phillips; grandchildren, Timothy DeCoursey, Stacy DeSalvo, Rhonda Howe, Jennifer Cantrell, Jeff Pilkington, Danny Phillips and Mary Phillips; 9 great grandchildren.


Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 8th at 1:00 pm at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at South Mound Cemetery in New Castle, IN. The family will receive friends at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Home on Friday from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
