John Paul Heilig

John Paul Heilig of Jasper, Ga and formerly of Gainesville and Augusta, GA died suddenly in a motorcycle accident July 26th, 2012.

He was employed as a radiology tech in Cartersville, GA. Born in Fairless Hills, PA, 1/23/60, son of the late Paul and Marie Heilig. John was the father of Elizabeth and Paul Heilig, grandfather of Micah.

He is survived by his sister and brother in law Paula and Buz Campbell of Gainesville, brother and sister in law James and Joanne Heilig of Langhorne, PA, brother Joseph of Gainesville and his sister and brother in law Patricia and Jerry Reed of Flowery Branch, who raised John after the passing of his mother.


Services to be held at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, Flowery Branch, 11am August 1st with inurnment following at Memorial Park South Cemetery.
