Olivia Michelle Clark, infant daughter of Haley Brook Clark, passed away on Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following a sudden illness.


Graveside services are scheduled for Sunday, July 22, 2012 at 4:00 pm in New Holland Cemetery.
