Douglas Charles Bell

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Douglas Charles Bell, 60, of Winder, Ga., who passed away Wednesday July 4, 2012 at his residence.

Mr. Bell was born in Gainesville, Ga., a son of the late Jesse Dean Bell, Sr. and Mrs. Geraldine "Gerry" Bell of Hoschton, Ga. Mr. Bell graduated from Jackson County High School. Mr. Bell retired from General Motors after 31 years of service. Mr. Bell was a member of Free Chapel Worship Center in Gainesville, Ga.

Mr. Bell was preceded in death by his Father, Jesse Dean Bell, Sr. and his brother, Jesse Dean Bell, Jr.

Survivors include Mr. Bell's wife, Pamela Elizabeth Antley Bell, of Winder, Ga., Mother, Geraldine "Gerry" Bell, Hoschton, Ga., Sons, Russell (Maria) Bell, Hoschton, Ga., Daniel Bell, Covington, Ga., and Garth (Melissa) Antley, Alto, Ga., Brother, Jeffery (Jean) Bell, Hoschton, Ga., Sister, Patty (Bobby) Wheeler, Suwanee, Ga., grandchildren, Mason Levi Bell and Paige Nichole Antley, and a number of other relatives.



A memorial service will be held Sunday July 8, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Evans Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 Sunday July 8, 2012 at the funeral home.
