Gaynelle Irene Parks Wheeler

Mrs. Gaynelle Irene Parks Wheeler, age 74 of
Gillsville died Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Mrs. Wheeler was born in Gainesville to the late, Marion and Jimmie Lou Hulsey Parks. Mrs. Wheeler was a member of the Gillsville Baptist Church and was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Wheeler was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Wheeler.

Mrs. Wheeler is survived by her son, Keith Wheeler of Gillsville; brothers and sisters-in-law, Raymond Parks (Pauline) of Maysville, James Parks (Charlotte) of Gillsville, Herbert Parks (Kathryn) of Lula, Doug Parks (Deloris) of Lula, and Rev. Phil Parks (Wanda) of Lula; sister, Elaine Reece of Gillsville; sister and brother-in-law, Marie Gardiner (Roy) of Lula.

Funeral service will be Saturday, June 23 at 2:00 PM from the Gillsville Baptist Church with the Rev. Bill Calhoun and Rev. Phil Parks officiating with the interment following in the Gillsville Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday night from 6-8 PM.
