Euzella Blackburn

Alexander Funeral Home of Cleveland announces the death of Mrs. Euzella Blackburn, age 80 of Clarkesville. Mrs. Blackburn passed away Saturday June 16, 2012.

Services are scheduled for Tuesday June 19, 2012 at 4 pm at Nacoochee United Methodist Church with Rev. Chris Shurtz officiating. Interment will immediately follow in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Blackburn was born in Helen on May 23, 1932, to the late Thomas Hester Blackburn and Bonnie Brown Blackburn. She was a hair dresser the majority of her life and was a member of Nacoochee United Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her brother Mack "Bud" Blackburn.

Survivors include her daughter and son in law, Sharon and Donald Carroll of Clarkesville; brother and sister-in-law Hugh and Janie Blackburn, Sautee; sister-in-law Pat Blackburn, Sautee; grandchildren Chris Carroll, Angie Carroll Massey and Mike Massey, great grandchildren Dillon Massey and Brittany "Nikki" Massey, as well as a number of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday June 18, 2012 from 5 pm to 8 pm.
