Andrew J.(Jack) Ledford

Andrew J.(Jack) Ledford, age 82 ,of Talmo, Ga. died June,15, 2012 at his brother's residents following an extended illness.

Born in Banks County on August 7, 1929 to the late Fred and Emma (Smith) Ledford.

Jack, was a retired farmer and had lived in Hall County most of his life. He was a member of the Faith Tabernacle Church of Talmo, Ga.


Jack,was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years Wilma Brown Ledford, who past away on June 5, 2012. parents and a brother Jimmy Ledford. He is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, David and Ellen Ledford, Talmo; Rick and Connie Ledford, Brooklyn Park, Minn.; daughters and son-in-law, Darren and Susie Ledford Hall, Maysville, daughter, Joyce Ledford Garmon, Jefferson, Ga. nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren,Brothers, Fredrick J.(Snook) Ledford,of Talmo, Ga., Richard Ledford of Gainesville,Ga.and Johnny Ledford of Dahlonga, Ga.

Services will be held on Monday June 18 ,2012 at 2 P.M. from the chapel of Memorial Park North Riverside Chapel. This will be a joint service for Jack and Wilma. the family will recevice friends on Sunday June 17, 2012 from 2 till 4 P.M.and 6 till 8 P.M. at the funeral home Interment will be in the Talmo Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. John Duncan and Rev. John Wood will officiate.
