Loree L. Pierce

Mrs. Loree L. Pierce, age 79, of Easley, SC, died Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at Emory University Medical Center in Atlanta, GA.

Mrs. Pierce was born in Alliance, NE on May 24, 1933. Loree had lived in Easley, SC since 1999 and was a former resident of Duluth, GA, Kent WA, and Denver CO. She was a retired executive secretary with Boeing Aircraft Corp in Seattle WA. Loree grew up in Alliance, NE and graduated from Alliance HS in 1950. She graduated from Colorado Teacher's College in Greely, CO in 1954. She was a dedicated member of Guthrie Grove Church of God of the Abrahamic Faith in Pelzer, SC.

She was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Edith Montgomery Wiltsey and was also preceded in death by a son, Steven Pierce.

Mrs. Pierce is survived by her husband of 57 years, Bill Pierce, Easley, SC; sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Gilda Pierce, Redmond, WA, Bradley and Ann Pierce, Cumming, GA; grandchildren, Kaden and Kaelyn Pierce; brother and sister-in-law, Patrick and Sherry Wiltsey, Auburn, WA. Numerous other relatives also survive.

Funeral services are scheduled for 3 PM Sunday, June 10, 2012 at the Banister Funeral Home Chapel in Dahlonega, GA.

Rev. David Barton will officiate.

Interment will follow in the Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery in Suches, GA.

The family will receive friends at Banister Funeral Home in Dahlonega, GA on Saturday, June 9, 2012 from 6 PM until 9 PM.
