Louise Adams Sewell

Louise Adams Sewell, age 80, of Lawrenceville, GA passed away peacefully on Monday, May 28, 2012.

She was one of five children and grew up in the Red Hill community in Franklin County, GA. Known to many as "Nana", she thoroughly enjoyed being a grandmother, mother and wife and will be missed by all who loved her. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and was retired from CDC in Atlanta, GA.

She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Stewart Sewell, Lawrenceville, GA; son, Jerry Sewell, Lawrenceville, GA; daughter and son-in-law Shirley and Cleve Hunter, Tucker, GA; daughter, Deborah Sewell, Lawrenceville, GA; grandchildren, Josh, Chad, Katie, Kyle and his wife, Jennifer; brother, James G. Adams, sisters-in-law, Brenda Adams, Shirley Adams, Sue Sewell, Ruth Adams, brothers-in-law, Edward Sewell, Lawrence Davis and many nephews and nieces.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, May 31, 2012 at Calvary Baptist Church, Lilburn, GA. The family will receive friends at the church one hour before the service.
