Larry Williams Turner

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Larry William Turner, 66, of Jefferson, who passed away on Friday, May 25, 2012.

Mr. Turner was born in Leesburg, Virginia a son of the late Reginald W. and Beluah Costello Turner. Mr. Turner was a veteran of the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. Mr. Turner retired from TenCate in Pendergrass,Ga.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday May 29, 2012 at 7:00 P.M. at Evans Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Eric Shelton officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00P.M. until the hour of service on Tuesday May 29, 2012 at Evans Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife, Joan B. Turner, Jefferson, Ga., Daughter, Marty Michelle Turner, Sons, Brian Turner, and Reginald W. Turner, Dawsonville, Ga. Sisters, Sharon M. Jenkins, Vienna, Va. and Gina Loner, Griffin, Ga., Step Daughter, Darlene B. Tanner, Buford, Ga. Step Grandsons, Neil Gustafson, Hiawassee, Ga. Jared Tanner, Haysville, Ga. and Jace Tanner, Haysville, N.C. and two Great Grandchildren, Dawson and Paisley Gustafson and a number of other relatives.
