Waneta Mae Spurgin

Waneta Mae Spurgin, 86, of Cumming, passed away May 20, 2012. Born in Monroe, Iowa, she was the daughter of Edith and Frank Cline. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Spurgin, brothers, Donald Cline, Floyd Cline, and Kenneth Cline, son-in-law, Lawrence Schafer.

Waneta is survived by her daughters, Janice Schafer, of Roscoe, ILL, and Patricia and Robert Davis, of Cumming, grandchildren, David and Luanne Schafer, of Loves Park, ILL, Steven and Connie Schafer, of Durand, ILL, Deborah Brady, of South Beloit, ILL, Tyler and Joni Marzofka, of Augusta, GA, and Rachel Davis, of Cumming. Great grandchildren, Matthew and Timothy Schafer, of DeKalb, ILL, and Zachary and Gabrielle Schafer, of Durand, ILL.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, May 26, at 1:00 PM, at Christ Community Church, 5455 Campground Rd., Cumming, GA 30040. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Christ Community Church.
