Patricia Dockery

Alexander Funeral Home of Cleveland announces the death of Mrs. Patricia Juliett Dockery, age 62 of Dahlonega. Mrs. Dockery passed away Tuesday May 15, 2012 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00pm, Thursday, May 17, 2012 from Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church with Rev. Wayne McKinney, Rev. Keith Reems and Rev. Calvin Gooch officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Dockery was born in Lumpkin County on January 11, 1946 to the late Jewell Ravan and Pauline Smith Ravan. She had lived her entire life in Lumpkin County and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to all who knew her. She was a member of Cradle Mountain Baptist Church and is preceded in death by her grandchildren Crystal and Daisy Dockery.

Survivors include her husband, Robert Dockery, Dahlonega; daughters and sons in law, Robin and Dudley Ralston, Dahlonega, Christy and Ricky Bell, Dahlonega; sons and daughters in law, Bobby and Tammy Dockery, Cleveland; Brad and Sheree Dockery also of Cleveland, brother, Tim Ravan of Cleveland and sister, Joan Lee of Cleveland. Mrs. Dockery is also survived by her 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 1 to 9 pm.
