Lowry "Guy" Rider

Lowry "Guy" Rider of Dahlonega passed away Sunday April 29, 2012 at his residence following a sudden illness.

Mr. Rider was born in Lumpkin County to the late Francis and Ester Rider. He was also preceded in death by four sisters and four brothers.

Surviving are his son, Stacey Rider, Michigan; sister, Reba "Susie" Rider, Dahlonega; and a number of other relatives.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday May 2, 2012 at 3 o'clock at Auraria Church of Almighty God. Rev. Tommy Davis will officiate.

The family will receive friends Wednesday beginning at 12 noon at the funeral home.
