Betty Lillian Vest

Alexander Funeral Home of Cleveland announces the death of Mrs. Betty Lillian Vest, age 80 of Cleveland. Mrs. Vest passed away Sunday, April 29, 2012 at her residence with her family by her side.

At her request, there will be no public services.

Mrs. Vest was born to the late Clarence and Nina Gramiling on January 16, 1932 in Tampa, Florida.

Betty attended school in Tampa and met her beloved husband Willis, where they were married in 1948.

They moved to Bradenton, Florida in 1951 where she was a mother and homemaker. Betty always enjoyed the outdoors throughout her life which include camping, fishing and boating
She also learned to cook and enjoyed entertaining, her house was always open to friends and family. Betty was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her children, son and daughter in law Ronnie and Estrella Vest; daughter and son in law, Phyllis and Donald Cockerham; three grandchildren, Brad Chambers, (Dana) Jennifer Vest and Stephanie Vest , great grandchildren Tristion and Allie
