Hettie Lorene Simmons Baird

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mrs. Hettie Lorene Simmons Baird, age 65, of Braselton, Georgia who passed away Thursday, April 19, 2012. Mrs. Baird was born in North Carolina, the daughter of the late Willie Simmons and the late Hettie Irene Beck Church and was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Terry Baird of Braselton, Daughters, Pam Hightower and Sherry Elliott of Braselton. Two sisters, Lucille Wiliford of Lawrenceville and Jeanette Dalton of Jefferson. Six grandchildren and two great grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 21, 2012 from the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with burial to follow in Evans Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home 5-8 P.M. Friday, April 20, 2012.
