Barbara Carnes Bearden, age 77 of Dawsonville, passed Barbara Carnes Bearden, age 77 of Dawsonville, passed away Tuesday, April 17, 2012. She was a lifetime member of New Harmony Baptist Church.

Survivors include her loving husband of 60 years, Billy Bearden of Dawsonville; daughter and son-in-law, Sheila and Mark Johnson of Dahlonega; brother and sister-in-law, Derrel and Ellen Carnes of Cumming; half-sister and husband, Brenda and Gene Jeffers of Cumming; grandchildren, Misty and Todd Pearson of Senoia and Tiffany and Joey Tanner of Sharpsburg; 6 great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Gwen Timms of Cumming; brother-in-law, and wife Jimmy and Linda Bearden, of Jasper; nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.



Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 19th at 2:00 pm at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Johnny Purcell and Rev. Clyde Boling officiating. Interment will follow in New Harmony Baptist Church cemetery. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Wednesday from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Thursday from 12:00 noon until hour of service.
