Betty Elizabeth Grizzle Howard

Memorial services for Betty Elizabeth Grizzle Howard, age 76, of Clarkesville, will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, April 12, 2012 from the Clarkesville United Methodist Church. Rev. Brian Butler will officiate and the family will receive friends at the church prior to the service from 10:30 AM until the service.

Mrs. Howard passed away April 8, 2012.

Born in Montezuma, Georgia on February 22, 1936, Mrs. Howard was the daughter of the late Jack and Nell Satterfield Grizzle. Mrs. Howard was a homemaker and a member of Clarkesville United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband Homer Lee Howard of Clarkesville, daughters Miriam H. Thompson of Norcross, Edie H. Jeffas of Scottsville, Kentucky, and Alice H. Meaders of Loganville, son Paul Howard of Johns Creek, brothers Doug Grizzle and Dan Grizzle of Montezuma, as well as two grandchildren.
