Robert Franklin Owens

Alexander Funeral Home of Cleveland announcing the death of Mr. Robert Franklin Owens, age 56 of Cleveland. Mr. Owens was born on February 5, 1956 in Dallas, Georgia to the late Raymond Payne and Kathryn Ridgeway Payne. He was the Chief Engineer and Operations Manager of Maintenance at CBRE in Atlanta and was a faithful member of Mt. View Baptist Church.

Mr. Owens is survived by his wife, Laura Owens of Cleveland; daughter, Sunshine Owens, Ballground, Ga.; sons, Chris Owens and Clark Owens both of Cleveland; sister, Mona Payne Lourigan, Tucker as well as grandchildren Skye Payne, Tristian Payne, Bailey Owens and Christin Owens and great grandchildren, Raine Payne and Skylee Griffin

No public services are planned for Mr. Owens and the family requests that memorial donations be made to WRAF Radio, P.O. Box 780, Toccoa Falls, Georgia 30598 or the American Cancer Society, 2565 Thompson Bridge Rd., Gainesville, Georgia 30501
