Grady Lee Roberts

Grady Lee Roberts, 60, of Dawsonville passed away March 31, 2012 at his residence following an extended illness.

Born August 22, 1951 in Dawsonville to the late Selma Lee "Scrouge-Eye" and Dolly Roberts, he had lived in Dawson County most of his life. A beloved husband and father, Mr. Roberts retired from the Fulton County Fire Department after 37 years of service as a firefighter/EMT. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Roberts.

Surviving are his wife, Kelley B. Roberts, Dawsonville; sons, Donald Lee Roberts, Rick Lee Roberts; mother in law, Jessie M. Barrett, Dawsonville; aunt, Marie Beck, Dawsonville; and a number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Celebration of Life services will be held Tuesday April 3, 2012 at 2 o'clock at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel.

The family will receive friends Monday from 1 until 9 at the funeral home.
